Doug MacDonald is Entrepreneur in Residence at Digital Capital Advisors, helping extend DCA's domain expertise in the Advanced TV, Data, Analytics and Measurement sectors.

A recognized business development leader at the intersection of TV, video, data, and measurement, Doug is the founder of MacDonald Consulting Group (MCG), a management services firm specializing in go-to-market strategies and activation for Advanced Media start-ups (TV, Data Analytics, SaaS), with a concentration on optimizing sales org structures, business development & partnerships, and marketing communications. MCG clients have included 605, V12 Data and Deep Root Analytics.

Over the course of his career, MacDonald also held leadership roles at mobile creative platform company Celtra, Adap.TV, an early pioneer of programmatic video that was acquired by AOL and Penton Media.

MacDonald is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where he earned a degree in Commercial Arranging. In the spring of 2015, Doug was elected to the Board of Trustees at Music for All Seasons, a nationally recognized non-profit whose award-winning program, "Voices of Valor," helps military veterans through musical expression.
